Estimator/Project Manager

The Estimator/Project Manager plays a crucial role in the successful execution of residential remodeling projects, combining accurate and timely estimation with effective project management. 


We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team and oversee projects from concept to completion. In this combined role, you will collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and clients, guiding each project from its inception through to the final walkthrough. 


  This position is full time with a compensation of up to $50,000 per year (DOE), along with the opportunity to earn commission pay.

  • Experience: Proven experience in project management and estimating within the construction or residential remodeling industry.
  • Knowledge: Strong knowledge of residential construction methods, materials, and best practices.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management software (e.g., BuilderTrend) and estimating tools.
  • Communication: Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Local Regulations: Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred but not required).

  •  Project Estimation: Prepare and review accurate cost estimates, conduct site visits, solicit bids from subcontractors and suppliers, and present estimates to clients. 
  • Project Management: Manage all phases of projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation. Ensure timely progress, resolve issues, and maintain safety and compliance with regulations. 
  • Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing concerns proactively. 
  • Team Collaboration: Work with designers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution. Mentor team members and ensure a positive work environment. 
  • Subcontractor and Material Management: Oversee subcontractor performance, manage material ordering and delivery, and define scopes of work with clear change orders as needed.
