Construction Laborer

  • Operate and care for construction equipment and machines
  • Help equipment operator, carpenters, and other skilled labor when necessary.
  • Prep construction sites by cleaning obstacles and hazards.
  • Load or unload construction materials.

  • Remove, fill, or compact earth.
  • Follow instructions from supervisors.

Skill Set Requirements

Carpenter

  • Bathroom/kitchen remodels
  • Tile installation

  • Repair or install siding
  • Drywall Repair
  • Repair or install trim and door packages
  • Handyman/ Maintenance skills

Develop and maintain good relationships with clients. Supervise and/or assist in the procurement of supplies and purchase tracking. Actively seek out ways to improve Company’s processes and exceed the customer’s expectations. Guide the professional development of all subordinate staff on the job site. Continually improve individual technical skills and be a liaison between the field and the office. Assume responsibility safety, project quality, scheduling, cost management, self-performed work and ensure safety is never compromised

Skill Set Requirements

  • Must have valid driver license.
  • Ability to do physical labor, climb ladders, carry at least 80 lbs, work in all weather conditions
  • Ability to work in all weather.
  • Workers must be punctual and reliable.
  • A Can-do Attitude, eagerness to learn and enthusiasm to work as a team
  • 5+ Years of experience as a carpenter
  • Extensive knowledge of power tools, including sill saw, miter saw and jigsaw
  • Possess necessary tools and reliable transportation to job sites
  • Knowledge of reading drawings, International Building Code (IBC), permitting and lumber grades

Office/Project Administrator:

  • Set up project files and oversee document control and revisions
  • Weekly payroll processing of timecard data to corporate office.
  • Work closely with project manager for administration functions of job tracking and reports, subcontracts, change order logs, PO’s and invoices.
  • Assist with monthly cost reporting.
  • Daily field reports for equipment, personnel and activity logs for submission to client.
  • General reception
  • Jobsite purchasing
  • Assist in issuing/processing subcontracts (and purchase) Agreements
  • Managing Certificates of Insurances
  • Managing office and handyman staff
  • The position may require the new hire to be assigned to a project with specific badging or other security requirements, which may require the Company, Owner, or third party to conduct a criminal or other background check.
